Open...Opens a saved .gig file.

Open RecentProvides a popup menu listing the five most recent .gig files.

SaveSaves your work in a .gig file.

Save As...Saves your work in a .gig file but allows you to enter a new name first (thus preventing previously saved .gig files from being overwritten).

Save As (legacy format)...Saves your work in a .gig file that can be loaded in earlier versions of Gig Performer. Note that some functionality will be lost if the older version of Gig Performer doesn't support a feature used in a newer version.

Note: the format of plugin state has changed in Gig Performer 3.5. If you try to open a gigfile saved with Gig Performer 3.5 in an earlier version of Gig Performer, your plugins will not be initialized correctly unless you saved using the legacy format option.

Import rackspaceAllows you to import a single rackspace from a list of previously exported rackspaces. The newly imported rackspace is simply added to your currently created rackspaces—it does not overwrite or delete any of your work. Note that you can also drag and drop one or more rackspaces from a folder directly into Gig Performer, making it fast and easy to create a complete new setlist from existing rackspaces.

Export current rackspace...Allows you to export a single rackspace for use in another Gig Performer project.

Export all rackspaces...Allows you to export all rackspaces for use in another Gig Performer project.
