Gig Performer 3.x User Manual

Performer view– Switch to Performer View.

Connections view– Switch to Connections View.

Setlist/Song view – Switch to Setlist/Songs View.

Cycle views – Toggles between Performer and Connections views

Toggle full screen – Switches the display between full screen and a window.

Toggle widget edit view –Takes Gig Performer in and out of Edit mode.

Plug-in manager...– Opens the Plugin Manager

Rig manager… – Opens the Rig Manager

MIDI Monitor– Opens the MIDI Monitor window (shown below). This is similar to the supplied MIDI Monitor plugin, except that it shows all MIDI messages being received into Gig Performer itself except MIDI clock and system exclusive (SYSEX) messages.

Song Lyrics/Chords… - This command opens the Song Lyrics/Chords Editor.

Show MIDI Assignments – This command opens the MIDI Assignment List window. This window displays the information from the Global MIDI Assignments section of the Global MIDI preferences.

Measure device latency – This command allows you to measure the latency through your computer system and interface.

To measure:

1.Mute your speakers or turn them all the way down.

2.Connect a physical patch cable from any output from your audio interface to input 1 of the interface.

3.Click the Measure Latency Now button.

4.The result will appear in the Measured round-trip latency display.

Show Script Editor
