In a crash report recently received, we noted that the message was as follows:
Application Specific Information:
*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception ‘NSInternalInconsistencyException’, reason: ‘Couldn’t posix_spawn: error 35’
We have absolutely no idea what this means. A google search indicates that this error is occasionally produced by applications (no particular consistency) and that rebooting fixes the problem.
