Symptom: After downloading the trial version of Gig Performer, a blank dialog pops up and there’s nothing to click on.
Background: This issue has only been reported a couple of times. From our investigation, this appears to be some kind of incompatibility between GPU acceleration and applications such as the Duet Display that allow you to use an Android or iOS tablet as an extra monitor but do not support GPU acceleration.
Solution: At least temporarily, you need to either disable GPU acceleration or kill the process that supports the tablet monitor. Either of these solutions should cause the dialog to be filled in so that you can continue your trial of Gig Performer (or better, purchase it!)
