No refunds – sorry!
As indicated on our Frequently Asked Questions page, Deskew Technologies, LLC has a strict no-refund policy once a customer has activated Gig Performer. We have a 14-day fully functional trial version so that potential customers can try out all its features to determine whether Gig Performer is suitable for their needs before a purchase. Major upgrades may also be tested for 14 days before purchase and so are subject to the same restriction.
Without our no refund policy, it would be possible for people to essentially “rent” Gig Performer for free for a show and then get their money back afterwards.
