No refunds – sorry!
As indicated on our Frequently Asked Questions page, Deskew Technologies, LLC has a strict no-refund policy once a customer has activated Gig Performer. We have a 14-day fully functional trial version so that potential customers can try out all its features to determine whether Gig Performer is suitable for their needs before a purchase. Major upgrades may also be tested for 14 days before purchase and so are subject to the same restriction.
Without such a policy, it would be possible for people to essentially “rent” Gig Performer for free for a show and then get their money back afterwards.
