Gig Performer has a built-in system that detects crashes and (with your permission) can send us that information so that we can fix the problem.
In the event that this dialog shows up (the most frequent cause is when a plugin crash), we would appreciate it if you would fill in the information and send us the report as soon as possible. If you allow Gig Performer to submit a crash report, please, include your email address in the report so that we can contact you for more information.
This message can also occur if you are trying to update to a newer version from within Gig Performer and your file permissions are incorrect. In that case, please see this KB article for more information.
