Gig Performer has a built-in system that detects crashes and (with your permission) can send us that information so that we can fix the problem. In the event that this dialog shows up, we would appreciate it if you would fill in the information and send us the report as soon as possible.

This message can also occur if you are trying to update to a newer version from within Gig Performer and your file permissions are incorrect. In that case, please see this KB article for more information.
